 Capabilities
Badger's capabilities include being able to produce gray iron castings from 100 lbs. to 4000 lbs. using both green sand and no bake molding processes. We produce low lot sizes, as well as production quantities, and are capable of producing simple to complex designs.

 Design ServicesBadger works with our customer's purchasing and design people to provide the most cost effective design possible. We use CAD and Solid Modeling in our technology program to help our design people work with our customers. Badger produces castings using wood, machined and poured plastics, and machined metal patterns. We can also convert our customer's existing pattern to help reduce changeover costs.
New Job Start-UpBadger's expertise is highlighted by the team approach of our new casting start-up program. Together all departments review each step in the production of a new casting. This enhances and streamlines the sampling process. This organized approach to sample development helps assure consistent future production and cuts cost out from the beginning.
