With over 1500 complicated patterns it is essential that all departments have a rigid understanding of each procedure and specification that is required. The manufacturing systems are controlled by process sheets, updated and monitored so that castings of the highest quality are assured.

PROCESS CONTROL = REPEATABILITY

Current Process Information Follows the JobA worker must sign off on a process sheet before beginning an operation. This informs the worker of the correct procedure and any changes or updates. Photos are provided for core assemblies leaving no chance for error.
