Our no-bake molding services offer a 4000 lb cast capacity, giving our foundry the capability to produce large, complex components. With custom-designed flasks reaching sizes up to 80×100 inches, we can accommodate demanding projects that require intricate shapes and dimensional accuracy. Sand properties are tested and managed with our Sand Lab and operators.
