Badger operates under a four-tiered system: Quality Manual, Procedures, Work Instructions, and Process Sheets. This allows detailed process controls.

Our Quality Management System (QMS) is designed to drive continuous improvement by measuring and responding to established quality objectives.

Success of any product can be found in the robustness and dedication to the process. We focus on the details of each process and job, from raw materials to delivery. We develop detailed instructions for each and every process and job. Badger's strength is in the skilled, experienced and competent workers who carry out these processes.
