Cleaning Room

Badger is equipped with a multitude of tools to accomplish detailed processing of castings.  The four blast machines allow us to uniquely identify the most efficient method of cleaning for each and every casting.  Work cells are equipped with a variety of specialized tools to assist with cleaning and processing. Cells are also equipped with dedicated hoist and process instructions for each job.  Final Inspection is conducted on each casting prior to being processed to ship in compliance with shipping / packaging instructions. Quality tests are performed with borescope and Brinell testing equipment.  Material Review Board (MRB) is conducted daily in the Cleaning Department which includes representation from all departments.
