We’re excited to share a major upgrade to our quality department at Badger Foundry: an ARL 3460 Spectrometer / Metals Analyzer. This addition replaces a unit that had faithfully served our metallurgical lab for decades.
The ARL 3460 allows our metallurgical team to analyze samples quickly and precisely, measuring the concentration of elements in matter of seconds. It offers improved accuracy, faster read times, and more consistent results – giving our melt department the real-time feedback needed to fine-tune chemistry during every pour.
